Our Itinerary
Adam and I, along with our families, will be in Rome before the wedding. For those also traveling into Rome, we’ve arranged a sunset gathering on June 11th at the Hotel Hassler Roma, 7th Floor Terrace. We’ve reserved this area for everyone to join us—grab a few drinks, hang out, and enjoy a sunset overlooking the city. Lobby bar to follow.

Saturday, June 13th
Pool Party + Welcome Dinner at Coselli Villas.
Sunday, June 14th
Wedding Day at Coselli Villas.
Monday, June 15th
Beach Club at Forte Dei Marmi.
Tuesday, June 16th
Check out of Coselli Villas.
Wednesday, June 17th
DAY ONE
June 13th
4PM: Check-in for guests staying at Coselli Villas ​
Other guests are invited to travel to Lucca and explore at leisure. The first event starts at 12pm on the 14th.

9AM: Tennis/pickleball courts open
12pm: Welcome pool party begins.
Transfers provided for guests staying at Grand Universe.
Food and drinks provided.
Transfers back to Grand Universe before Welcome Party begins.
6:30pm: Guests at hotels picked up for Welcome Party
7PM-10PM: Welcome Dinner and celebrations begin!
Transfers back to hotels.
DAY TWO
June 14th
DAY THREE - WEDDING DAY!
June 15th
8AM: Group run, tennis/pickleball courts open
Afternoon: Pools at Coselli open for all guests.
See Tuscany guide for things to do in Lucca, Cinque Terre, or Forte Dei Marmi.​
5pm: Wedding ceremony begins
5:30-9PM: Cocktail Hour, Dinner, First Dances, etc.
9PM: Dancing begins
12AM: Dancing moves inside
Morning at leisure. ​
12PM-5PM: All guests are invited to Forte dei Marmi with us for a day at Villa Roma Imperiale Beach Club.
Evening: Dinner at leisure. Everyone invited to hang out at Coselli Villas.
No dinner provided at Coselli Villas.
DAY FOUR
June 16th

Check out at Coselli Villas due by 11AM.
Transportation available to Lucca train station for guests traveling back to Florence or Rome by train.
